Delivery Terms & Conditions

Alta’s delivery team ensures the smooth and timely delivery of your order to the address you provide, subject to the following conditions:       

• The driveway provides direct access to the building or house;      

• The path leading to the entrance or yard is paved and safe for movement;

• The elevator in the building is operational and available for use;

• The staircase steps are intact and equipped with a railing for safety;      

• The driveway or yard provides sufficient space for movement and is free of any obstacles, such as construction materials or waste.

Please note:

If the dimensions of the equipment prevent it from being moved by elevator or brought into the residence, the Alta delivery team will, with your consent, deliver the item to you outdoors, unopened. If consent is not given, the order will be returned to the warehouse.
