Terms & Conditions Of Using Website

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the Customer and Alta, outlining the rules for using the Website.        

By accepting the Terms and Conditions on the Alta website, the user acknowledges that they have read and understood all provisions, including those relating to confidentiality and the processing of personal data, and hereby consent to them.

 

●       To use the Alta website, the user must agree to and comply with the terms outlined in this document.       

●       Personal information collected from the user or third parties is processed in accordance with the personal data processing and protection policy outlined in these Terms.       

●       Alta reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this website at any time, without prior notice or additional consent from the client. Please review this section regularly for update;

Definition of Terms

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply: 

●       Account – A personal account created by the User on our Website.

●       Authorization – The process of accessing a personal account and performing actions specified in Article 6 of these Terms and Conditions.

●       Alta's Website – Our online platform, where Users can place orders for products or services.

●       Terms of Use – These Terms and any additional rules governing the User’s access to and use of the Website, including its content, features, and services.

●       Client/User – Any individual or legal entity that meets the conditions outlined in these Terms and wishes to use our services

●       Company (Referred to as “We” or “Our”) – Alta Retail, a company registered in Georgia (Company Number: 402033312, Address: 104 Akaki Beliashvili Street, Tbilisi).

●       Parties – The Company and its Customers.

●       Operation – Any action a User takes within their personal account or related to our services.

●       Universal Identifiers – Personal data provided by Alta (e.g., first name, last name, and other relevant details) used for account registration and access to remote services.

●       Access Code(s) – Confidential information such as passwords, usernames, or identification codes provided by Alta for secure access to services.

●       Agreement – The agreement between the User and Alta, which includes these Terms and any related documents.

 

 

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the User confirms the following: 

●       The User is a natural person over the age of 18;

●       The User has full legal capacity, is not under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any other substances, and is not subject to fraud, pressure, threats, or any unlawful influence. The User is fully aware of the content of these Terms and Conditions, understands their implications, and is acting voluntarily and without coercion.

●       The User has the authority to enter into and fulfill the obligations outlined in these Terms and Conditions or any other agreements

●       The User has read and accepts the Terms and Conditions.

●       All information provided by the User is accurate.

●       The User does not engage in any illegal activities, including money laundering, arms trafficking, terrorism, or any other unlawful actions under the laws of any jurisdiction (including Georgia and the country of the User's citizenship).

●       The User’s activities and actions, both when registering a personal account and during the term of the Agreement, will comply with local and international laws.

●       The User’s actions are not intended to deceive Alta or any third parties, and any documents or information provided to Alta are true, accurate, and complete.

●       The User will fulfill their obligations under these Terms in good faith and in full compliance.

●       The User agrees that Alta may search, verify, and process their personal information or universal identifiers, as necessary, to provide and offer services, from the time the personal account is created until the agreement is terminated.

●       The User will promptly notify Alta in writing of any circumstances that may conflict with the above statements or result in a breach of the warranties.

●       The User enters into this Agreement based on the statements, warranties, and obligations outlined in these Terms and Conditions, considering them as essential terms of the Agreement. If any of these statements, warranties, or obligations are violated, Alta has the right to refuse to provide any services under the Agreement and these Terms;

●       To create a personal account on the Alta website and use online services, the User must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.       

●       The User must keep their account login details secure and not share them with third parties.       

●       The User is fully responsible for all actions taken through their account. The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized third-party access.       

●       If the User suspects that their account password or security codes have been stolen, lost, or used without authorization, they must immediately change the password and contact Alta Customer Service at (032) 238-00-38 or email [email protected]. Failure to do so may compromise account security and result in liability for any losses.       

●       By creating a personal account, the User confirms that this action does not violate any laws or regulations. The User agrees to protect the Company’s interests and compensate for any damages resulting from a breach of this requirement.       

●       The User must keep their account information accurate and up to date. The Company is not responsible for any issues caused by outdated or incorrect details. The Company may request confirmation of the provided information at any time, and if the User refuses, the account may be canceled.       

When registering or placing an order, the User must complete the required fields:

-         Name/Last name

-         E-mail

-         Password

-         Confirm password

In addition to the above, the User will need to provide the following information when registering a profile or placing an order:       

●       Address, ID number and contact information;/

●       Password – a security measure chosen by the User during registration, required for accessing centralized remote services through the selected communication channel(s).       

●       When recovering a password, the User enters their email address, and a one-time link is sent to reset the password.       

●       Mobile phone number – the number used to receive one-time access codes and passwords (if applicable) needed to complete certain actions through our remote services.       

●       For certain actions on the website, we will verify your account using SMS codes.         We will use the SMS Office service to send you SMS codes.       

●       User's email address – the email used to receive access codes and passwords (if applicable) needed to perform certain actions through our remote services. To access these services, the User may need to log in using their email and password. The login method for each service is registered in our centralized identification system.       

●       After registering and verifying their account, the user will complete the login process.       

●       Once the account is registered and verified, the user will log in to access the website.       

●       Through this website, Alta offers customers services related to the products available in our store.       

●       The User can stop using the Alta Platform at any time, but this does not affect the obligations under this Agreement.       

●       The Agreement remains valid until the User's account is removed.       

●       The User fulfills their financial obligation to the Company by making full and timely payments as outlined in these Terms and the Service Agreement.       

●       This Agreement will be governed by the Laws of Georgia.

●       The place of performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to be the city ofTbilisi.       

●       Any dispute or disagreement arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their interpretation shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties.       

●       If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the competent courts for resolution.       

●       These Terms and Conditions, together with any other agreements entered into during the provision of the Service (including the Order and/or Act of Acceptance), shall constitute the complete and entire agreement between the parties.
