Warranty Terms and Conditions for Entrepreneurs and Legal Entities
Warranty
Terms and Conditions for Entrepreneurs and Legal Entities
The
warranty terms set out below apply to entrepreneurs/legal entities,
non-entrepreneurial (non-commercial) legal entities, and public organizations.
The
warranty period for goods purchased by a company shall be no more than 1 (one)
year, unless a different period is specified on the first page of the warranty
certificate or agreed upon by the parties.
For
equipment used directly for entrepreneurial, professional, or commercial
activities, or where the intensity of use exceeds the standard household usage
pattern by its nature (including intensive office or commercial use), the
warranty period shall be no more than 2 (two) months.
The
warranty period for batteries, cells, and charging devices shall be equal to
one-half of the warranty period established for the respective device, unless
otherwise provided by the warranty certificate or the manufacturer's warranty
terms.
By
purchasing/accepting the product, the entrepreneur/legal entity acknowledges
that operating, installation, safety, maintenance, and other instructions for
the device may be provided in English or another foreign language. The
purchaser declares that this circumstance is known to it, accepts it, and
considers it sufficient for the proper performance of the contractual
obligations. Accordingly, the absence of Georgian-language instructions or
operating guidelines shall not constitute a defect of the goods, a breach of
contract, or a warranty event, and shall not give rise to any legal,
contractual, or commercial claim, demand, or liability against the seller.
Warranty
service is provided in accordance with the conditions established by the
official brand and includes free repair of the product during the warranty
period. Warranty service shall be performed at the Techpoint service center, at
the addresses indicated in the warranty certificate.
The
warranty covers defects in equipment caused by manufacturing or technical
faults (excluding software-related defects). To obtain warranty service, the
customer must present the warranty certificate together with proof of purchase
and the manufacturer's warranty certificate, where applicable.
The
warranty is valid within the territory of Georgia.
The warranty certificate shall
contain the following information:
● Product description;
● Serial number / IMEI code;
● Identity of the purchaser;
● Date of purchase;
● Seller's company seal;
● Signatures of the authorized employee and the
purchaser.
Otherwise, the product shall not be eligible for
warranty service.
The diagnostic period at the service center is
1–12 business days. If a technical defect is confirmed, the service provider
shall repair the product or, where repair is impossible, replace it with a new
one within 30 business days from the date the product is submitted to the
service center.
Please note that only the defective
product is subject to replacement, and not the entire complectation or set of
accessories.
General Guidelines
! To avoid any
misunderstanding, please carefully review the sections entitled “Warranty
Exclusions” and “Warranty Service Does Not Apply or Becomes Void in the
Following Cases:”.
! The customer is
obliged to inspect the visual condition, completeness, and all characteristics
of the product that can reasonably be examined at the time of delivery
immediately upon receipt. After acceptance of the product, no claim shall be
accepted regarding any visual defect, damage, or missing component that could
have been identified through an ordinary inspection at the time of delivery.
The customer is entitled to refuse acceptance of the product if a visual defect
or other apparent deficiency is discovered upon delivery.
! Due to the nature
of products classified as accessories, protective films, covers/cases, or
products made from materials such as leather, synthetic leather, adhesive
materials, silicone, plastic, rubber, fabric, paper, or other materials subject
to intensive or frequent physical impact (including daily handling, continuous
contact with natural body oils for more than five minutes, or contact with
cosmetic, disinfecting, or cleaning agents), any changes in material properties
occurring during use—including discoloration, loss of elasticity, thinning of
surfaces, deformation, scratching, or deterioration of durability—shall be
considered normal wear and tear and shall not constitute a manufacturing
defect.
! Dulling, wear, or
depletion of consumable materials and accessories whose condition depends on
the intensity of use (including, but not limited to, shaver blades, foils,
filters, epilator heads, replacement toothbrush heads, and similar components)
shall be regarded as normal wear and tear and shall not be considered a
manufacturing defect.
! Please note that
any device camera or lens may be damaged by exposure to intense light sources,
including direct sunlight, laser beams, or other forms of radiation. Such
damage may occur even when the device is switched off. Accordingly, devices
should be protected from exposure to such radiation, as damage caused in this
manner does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
! Notwithstanding any
water-resistance rating of a device, its resistance characteristics may
deteriorate over time, and the device may malfunction or become damaged if
submerged in water. Please note that damage resulting from such exposure does
not constitute a manufacturing defect.
!
Any reduction in battery capacity of a device shall not be considered a
manufacturing defect and is regarded as a consequence of normal wear and
natural aging of the battery.
! False service calls are
subject to charges. This includes cases where, upon an on-site visit by a
service center technician, it is determined that the device is functioning
properly and that the reported issue resulted from the personnel's lack of knowledge
or improper understanding of the operating instructions. In such circumstances,
the visit shall be deemed a false service call, shall be chargeable, and the
associated costs shall be borne in full by the purchasing legal entity in
accordance with the service center's applicable tariff rates.

such damage. The customer is obliged to protect the purchased product from
mechanical, thermal, and water-related damage.
Warranty Exclusions
• Cases of color instability have been
identified in relation to the orange-colored models of the Apple iPhone 17 Pro

be regarded as an original defect or manufacturing fault.
